From its beginnings as the Polytechnic Institute of Puerto Rico in San Germán (1912), the Inter American University of Puerto Rico has been and remains a nonprofit institution of higher education of an Ecumenical and Christian nature. For more than a century, we have strived at the INTER to maintain a genuine commitment to our Christian heritage, which has helped us to achieve important developments in the study and practice of the Christian faith.
